WHEREAS, Mike Cullimore and Carolyn
mo~gagors, mo~gaged to Associates hundmg, mc., as mbdgagee, the
hereinafter described real properly by that ce~ain modgage dated June 22, 1998
(the "Modqage"), and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on June 26, 1998, in Book 413 PR at Page 617, which MoAgage, and
the Note secured thereby, were assigned for value by Associates Funding, Inc.
to Chase Manhattan Mo~gage Corporation by the indorsement of such Note and
the execution and delivery of that ce~ain assignment of mo~gage dated June
22, 1998, and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and
ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
June 26, 1998, in Book 413 PR at Page 623; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and' for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
directiOn of Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, acting under a power of
sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the
hereinafter described real property on February 7, 2003, at 10:00 o'clock in the
forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Coudhouse,
825 Sage Avenue, in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming;
and
WHEREAS, Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation made the
highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$115,937.35, and the said 'real property was then and there sold to Chase
Manhattan Mortgage Corporation on February 7, 2003; and a Certificate of Sale
was issued by the undersigned. Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation on February 7, 2003, which
Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on February 7, 2003 in Book 412 PR at Page 113; and
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to FEDERAL
NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, its successors and assign~--b~;-'{hat
certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated August 13, 2003, and recorded in
the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the <~? day of (;'~/¢/ ,
2003, in Book ,~,2 at Page ,~ ":~ ; and
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyomin§,
in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD,
and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL
MORTGAGE AssoCIATION, 13455 Noel Road, 2 Galleria Tower, #600, Dallas,
Texas 75240 its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the
following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-
wit:
A Portion of the SE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 26, T36N
R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a spike found marking the Southwest
corner of said SE1/4SE1/4 and running thence North
along the West line of the said SE1/4SE1/4, 242.00
feet; thence S 89°30'48" E, 180.00 feet; thence South

89030'48'' W, 180.00 feet along last said South line of
Section 26 to the point of beginning with an address

all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, its
sucoessors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this
