Section 2-9-102 (2003): 1. That I was the lawful Wife of GEORGE L. HANKIN, at the time of his death on May 19, 2003. 2. That GEORGE L. HANKIN, the decedent mentioned in the attached certified copy of certificate of death, hereby made a part hereof, is the same person as GEORGE L. HANKIN named as one of the parties in that certain Warranty Deed dated June 14, 1979, executed by ARTHUR C, ROBINSON and BERNICE H. ROBINSON to GEORGE L. HANKIN and MAVIS A. HANKIN, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, recorded as Instrument No. 525636, on June 14, 1979, in Book 157 P.R., Page 29, in the Lincoln County, Wyoming, Clerks Officel of the official records of Lincoln cou..nty, State of Wyoming, concerning the real property situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming and described as follows: PARCEL ONE A parcel of land located in Tract 94, T24N, R119W of the 6th P.M, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at Corner 2 of Tract 93, a point on the West line of said Tract 94, 1 2 3 9 lying 1323.22 feet North of the Southwest comer of said Tract 94; running thence North 0 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds West, 530.05 feet along the West line of said Tract 94 to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along said West line North 0 degrees 17 minutes 29 seconds West, 630.00 feet to a standard Wyoming State Highway Department right-of-way marker right of Station 77+63.9 on the Smith Fork Road, said right-of-way marker being on a curve concave to the Southeast having a radius of 1332:40 feet; thence northeasterly along said right-of- way curve, of 522.17 feet through a central angle of 22 degrees 27 minutes 23 seconds, said curve being subtended by a chord bearing North 78 degrees 33 minutes 42 seconds East, 518.84 feet to a standard Wyoming State Highway Department right of-way marker right of station 83+24.5; Thence leaving said right- of-way South 0 degrees 17 minutes 29 seconds East, 608.02 feet; thence South 76 degrees 12 minutes 05 seconds West, 523.53 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. HANKIN named as one of the parties in that certain Warranty Deed dated April 24, 1991, executed by THE ARTHUR C. ROBINSON TRUST, DATED JUNE 23, 1989, ARTHUR C. ROBINSON, TRUSTEE to GEORGE L. HANKIN and MAVIS A. HANK/N, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, recorded as Instrument No. 731675, on April 25, 1991, in Book 296 P.R., Page 89, in the Lincoln County, Wyoming, Clerks Office, of the official records of Lincoln county, State of Wyoming, concerning the real property situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming and described as follows: PARCEL TWO ALSO, the following described property, located in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit: A parcel of land located in Tract 94, T 24 N, R 119 W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the West line of said Tract 94, said point also being Corner Number 2 of Tract 93, and running thence North 00 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds West, 530.05 feet along the West line of said Tract 94; Thence North 76 degrees 12 minutes 05 seconds East, 523.53 feet; Thence North 00 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds West, 608.02 feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of the Smith's fork Road; Thence north 89 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds East, 1867.36 feet along said line to the poin.[ of curvature of a curve concave to the Northwest having a radius of 672.60 feet; Thence Northeasterly 164.96 feet along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 14 degrees 02 minutes 42 seconds,' the long chord of which bears North 82 degrees 52 minutes 39 seconds East, 164.55 feet;P Thence leaving said right-of-way line South 40 degrees 03 minutes 31 seconds West, 139.76 feet; Thence South 38 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds West, 897.90 feet; Thence South 38 degrees 06minutes 43 seconds West 509.58 3 feet; Thence South 3 degrees 22 minutes 07 seconds West, 46.85 feet to the South line of said Tract 94; Thence North 89 degrees 55 minutes 41 seconds West, 253.64 feet to Comer 3 .of said Tract 94; Thence South 89 degrees 30 minutes 25 seconds West, 993.75 feet to the West one-quarter Comer of Section 3; Thence South 86 degrees 40 minutes 44 seconds West, 323.12 feet to the point of Beginning.
