for and in Consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable considerations,
acknowledged, CONVEYS
in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
AND WARRANTS,-to the MAVIS A.
HANKIN TRUST, Dated the 7th day of May, 2003, MAVIS A. HANKIN,
Trustee, GRANTEE, whose address is 1478 Highway 232, Cokeville,
Wyoming 83114, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue to the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-
wit:
PARCEL ONE
A parcel of land located in Tract 94, T24N, R119W of the 6th P.M, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at Comer 2 of Tract 93, a point on the West line of said
Tract 94, lying 1323.22 feet North of the Southwest comer of said Tract 94;
running thence North 0 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds West, 530.05 feet
along the West line of said Tract 94 to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
continuing along said West line North 0 degrees 17 minutes 29 seconds
West, 630.00 feet to a standard Wyoming State Highway Department right-

of-way marker right of Station 77+63.9 on the Smith Fork Road, said right-
of-way marker being on a curve concave to the Southeast having a radius of
1332.40 feet; thence northeasterly along said right-of-way curve, of 522.17
feet through a central angle of 22 degrees 27 minutes 23 seconds, said curve
being subtended by. a chord bearing North 78 degrees 33 minutes 42
seconds East, 518.84 feet to a standard Wyoming State Highway
Department right of-way marker right of station 83+24.5; Thence leaving
said right- of-way South 0 degrees 17 minutes 29 seconds East, 608.02 feet;
thence South 76 degrees 12 minutes 05 seconds West, 523.53 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 7.437 acres, more or less. With the
Southeast, and Southwest comers being monumented with a 5/8 inch steel
bar with aluminum cap inscribed Cloey Wall L.S. 482 and the Northwest
and Northeast comers being the aforementioned right-of-way markers.
Together with all water and ditch rights.
TOGEATHER with an undivided one-sixth (1/6) interest in all oil and gas
and mineral rights to said property.
Parcel One as above described is intended to describe all the property
described in that Warrant Deed recorded in the Lincoln County, Wyoming,
Clerks Office, in Book 157 PR at page 29, on June 14, 1979.
PARCEL TWO
ALSO, the following described property, located in the County of Lincoln,
State of WYOming, to-wit:
A parcel of land located in Tract 94, T 24 N, R 119 W, of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the West line of said Tract 94, said point also
being Comer Number 2 of Tract 93, and running thence North 00 degrees 17
minutes 30 seconds West, 530.05 feet along the West line of said Tract 94;
Thence North 76 degrees 12 minutes 05 seconds East, 523.53 feet; Thence
North 00 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds West, 608.02 feet to a point on the
Southerly right-of-way line of the Smith's fork Road; Thence north 89
degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds East, 1867.36 feet along said line to the point
of curvature of a curve concave to the Northwest having a radius of 672.60
feet; Thence Northeasterly 164.96 feet along the arc of said curve, through a
central angle of 14 degrees 02 minutes 42 seconds, the long chord of which
bears North 82 degrees 52 minutes 39 seconds East, 164.55 feet; Thence
leaving said right-of-way line South 40 degrees 03 minutes 31 seconds
West, 139.76 feet; Thence South 38 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds West,
897.90 feet; Thence South 38 degrees 06minutes 43 seconds West 509.58
feet; Thence South 3 degrees 22 minutes 07 seconds West, 46.85 feet to the
South line of said Tract'94; Thence North 89 degrees 55 minUtes 41 seconds
West, 253.64 feet to Corner 3 of said Tract 94; Thence South 89 degrees 30
minutes 25 seconds West, 993.75 feet to the West one-quarter Comer of
Section 3; Thence South 86 degree, s 40 minutes 44 seconds West, 323.12
feet to the point °fBeginning. Said .Tract containing 49.971 acres, more or
less. Including oneihalf of all mineral rights, and oil and gas rights.
Parcel Two above described is intended to describe all the property
described in that Warranty deed, recorded in the Lincoln County, Wyoming,
Clerks office in Book 296 PR at page 89, on April 25, 1991.
