NELSON, CO-TRUSTEES OF THE NELSON FAMILY TRUST dated March '22, 1993 grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyolning, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged CONVEY AND WARRANT TO WILLIAM R. THOMPSON AND LINDA L. THOMPSON, HUsband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 184, Afton, WY 8.3110 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: A tract of land lying in the SV~NW~A of Section 7, T31N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoining, being more particularly deScribed as follows: BEGINNING at a point which is 25.82 feet N 89015' E fi-om the Northwest Corner of the SE~ANW~A of said Section 7, and proceeding thence S 89015, W, 839.50 feet; thence South, 434.75 feet; thence N 89015, E, 1163.40 feet to a point on the Wyoming Highway Department right of way for U.S. 89; thence following said right of way line in a northwesterly directiOn, 539.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use. NOTE: This serves to correct that certain Warranty Deed recorded August 20, 2003 in Book 531PR on page 548 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk correcting the legal description.
