KNOWN ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS, That
D. BRIAN ERICKSON,
A Married Person,
of the County of Lincoln; State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid by
Demar B. Erickson and Misty C. Erickson
whose address is 2332 Dry Creek Rd. 146, Afion, WY 83110
The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and
forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
rem;se, release and forever quitclaim unto the said
DEMAR B. ERICKSON AND MISTY C. ERICKSON,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have,
ought to have in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
A parcel of land in Section 13, T31N RI 19W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of the NE¼NE¼ of said Section 13; and, running thence
South, 10 rods along the East boundary line of said Section 13;
thence West, 12 rods;
thence North, 10 rods, more or less, to the North boundary line of said Section;
thence East, 12 rods, more or less, along said North boundary line to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Demar B. Erickson and Misty C. Erickson
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
