sell and convey unto BRYANT S. BRO~ a~d SHILEY B. BROWN, husband and wife
(hereinafter "Gr~tees"), of 4821 Comanche, Pooatello, Idaho 83204, their heirs and assi~s, as joint
tenants with right of su~ivorship, and to the su~ivor of them, and to their heirs ~d assigns of such
su~ivor, the following described premises located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, as follows:
Lot 92, River View Meadows Second Addition to the Town of Alpine, Lincoln
County, Wyoming within the SE 1/4 of Section 30, T37N, R118W, according to the
plat filed Febm~ 11, 1994, Plat No. 264-D, ~stmment No. '/78568.
Subject to the rese~ations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and
to the easements and fight-of-way of record or in use.
TO HAVE A~ TO HOLD the sa~d premises, with their appu~en~ces unto the said
Grantees, their heirs and assi~s forever. And the said Grantors do hereby covenant to and with the
said Grantees that they ~e the owners in fee simple of said premises ~d that they ~e ~ee ~d cle~
of all incumbrances except those disclosed herein, and that they will wa~ant ~d defend the said
premises from all lawD1 claims whatsoever.
