Rd. 143, Afton, WY 83110 The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said ANGLE LEE CAMPBELL, a Single Person, heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have, ought to have in or to all the following described premises, to-wit: Part of the SEZ/iNW~4 of Section 10, T31N RllgW of the 6th P.M, Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly, described as follows: BEGINNING at a point 27 rods West of the Northeast comer of said SE ¢NW ~4 and mm'ting thence South, 12 rods; thence West 10 rods; thence North, 12 rods; thence East, I0 rods to the POINT OF BEGINNING. ALSO, part of the SEC NW ¢ of Section 10, T31N R1 l gw of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point which is 27 rods West and 12 rods South of the Northeast comer of said SEzfi NW~/~, said point being also the Southeast comer of that tract of record in a Warranty Deed recorded in Book 114PR on page 454 (Campbell) of the records of Lincoln County Clerk; and running thence South 302.75 feet; thence East 227.7 feet, more or less, to the West boundary line of that tract of record in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 153PR on page 296 (I & W Construction) of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk; thence South along said boundary line 200 feet, more or less, to the Southwest comer of last said tract; 'thence West 392.7 feet, more or less, to the East boundary line of that tract of record in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 88PR on page 407 (Hoopes) of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk; thence North, along the East boundary of last said tract. 12.04 feet, more or less, to the Northeast comer of last said tract: thence North, along the West boundary line of that tract of record in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 80PR on page 539 (Lee), 490.74 feet, more or less. to the Southwest comer of that tract of record in Book ll4PR on page 454 (Campbell) of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk; thence East, along the South boundary of said tract, 165 feet, more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said Angie Lee Campbell heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
