ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That SHOSHONE FIRST BANK, an association
organized and doing business under the laws of the State of Wyoming,
and having its principal office at 1401 Sheridan Avenue, P. O. Box 1330,
Cody, Wyoming 82414, in said state, Party of the FirSt part, in
pursuance of a resolution of the Directors of said company, and in
consideration of the. sum of:
One Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and no 100
itin hand paid by SUNTRUSF MORTGAGE. 1NC.. PO Box 26149
Richmond, VA 23260-6149 Party of the Second
Part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has sold and by these
presents does sell, assign, and transfer unto the said party of the
second part a certain indenture of Mortgage bearing the 12th day of
June, 2003 made by Kurt C. Cordingly and Loma L. Cordingly
in favor 0f SHOSHONE FIRST BANK and conveying the following described
propeyty:
Lot 9. Narrows Vista Subdivision, according to the plat on file in the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming.

Kemmerer, Nyoming.
Parcel 2: A part of the SEI/4NN1/4 o.f Section 12, Township 33
North, Range 119 Mest, Lincoln Oounty, Nyoming, more
particularly described as follows: Beginning on the common east
boundary l±ne of the SE1/4NN1/4 of said Section 12 and west
boundary line of the Narrows Vista Subdivision at a point
N0°10'20'', 572.00 feet from the Center One-Quarter Corner of
Section 12; said point being marked by a steel reinforcing bar
monumenting the southwest corner of Lot 9 and the northwest
corner of Lot 10 of the Narrows Vista Subdivision, and running
thence NO°IO'20"E, 740 feet, more or less, to the intersection
with the Southeasterly boundary of Salt River; thence in a
southwesterly direction along the boundary of Salt River, 940
feet, more or less, to the ±ntersection with a 1±ne running
N89°52'32"N from the point, of beginning; thence 89°54'32"E, 570
feet, more or less to the point of beginning.
