KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That SUSAN B,..,ERO,ME, Grantor, in
consideration of the sum of Ten and NO/lO0 ($10.00) Dollars to her in Ehhd:-":~{d-5¥ 'WII~L~M
G. KELLEN and SHERRY P. KELLEN, husband and wife, as tenants of an estate by the
entireties with full rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common, Grantees, whose address
is P.O. Box 606, Pinedale, WY 82941, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged,
has remised, released, and forever quitclain~ed and by these presents does for herself, her heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said
WILLIAM G. KELLEN and SHERRY P. KELLEN, husband and wife, as tenants of an estate
by the entireties with full rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common, Grantees, their heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession,
claim and demand, as she may have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises,
to-wit:
Lots Eighteen (18) and Nineteen (19) of Block Thirteen (13) to the Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as the same appears on the official map or
plat thereof as filed for record in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deeds for Lincoln County, Wyoming;
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereunto appertaining.
SUBJECT TO reservations and restrictions contained in the United States patents,
to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use, to prior mineral reservations of
record and to all other matters of public record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
To have and to hold the said premises unto the said WILLIAM G. KELLEN and
SHERRY P. KELLEN, husband and wife, as. tenants of an estate by the entireties with full rights
of survivorship and not as tenants in common, Grantees, their heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns, and to their own proper use and behoof forever. So that neither SUSAN B. FROME, nor
any other person in her name or behalf, shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to
the premises or any part thereof, but she and every one of them shall by these presents be excluded
and forever barred.
