The easement hereby granted being more particularly described as follows:
Portions of the NE¼NW¼ (Lot 3) and NW'ANE'/~ (Lot 2) of Section 1, T. 32 N., K. 119 W. oft_he 6m
P.M., Wyoming, lying between the presently existing southerly right-of-way boundary of Wyoming State
Highway No. 237 and a parallel fight-of-way line 40.08 feet to the right or southerly side when measured at right
angles to the following described survey line or'highway. Said parallel right-of-way line begins on the west
boundary ora tract of land described in Book 441 at Page 0631 of the Lincoln County l:Cecords and ends on the
east boundary thereof:
Commencing at the west quarter comer of Section 32, T. 33 N., R. 118 W. of the 6a' P.M., Wyoming,
from which the southwest comer thereof bears S. 00°27'00.8'' W. a distance of 2,645.41 feet, said southwest
comer being monmnented with a bra~s cap on a 2" pipe;
thence S. 29°38'59-6'' E. a distance of 3,056.26 feet to a point on said survey line of highway and THE
TRUE pOII~.,T OF BEGINNING;
thence with a parallel right-of-way line 40.08 f~t to the right or southerly side and the presently e×isting
southerly righi-ot~way boundary of Wyoming State Highway No. 237 being the left or northerly boundary of
this parcel, S. 89°35'38-5'' E. a distance of 1,582_86 t~t until said parallel right-of-way line intexsects the east
boundary of said tract of land describexl in Book 441 at Page 0631, and the point of ending.
The above described parcel oflarxd contains 0.36 of an acre. more or less.
The basis for bearing is the west boundary of the SW% of said Section 32, it'being S. 00027'00.8'. W.
The grantor(s) will not Construct. place, or cause any obstruction which would inhibit the flow of the
irrigation waters and impede maintenance of the irrigation facility within the above described area.
Grantor(s) also grant(s) the right of ingress and egress to and from the said land for any and all purposes
ne_~essary and incident to the exercise by the grantee, of the rights granted by this conveyance.
Grantor(s) hereto do hereby waive(s) and releasers) all right~ under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming insofar as affected by this conveyance.
:Grantee Shall hold harmless and indemnify Grantor l~om any and all damage to the Orover water llne
and anyrelated facilities of the Grover Water and Sewer District resulting from the relocation, construction and
operation of the irrigation ditch and facili6es.
