That for and in consideration og the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valu~le c~ns/de~h~ns, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, Richard J. Oreskovich and Sheila M. Oreskovich~
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties og the County of Lincoln and State o~ Wyoming, hereinafter
called the grantor, hereby grants to THE LEGALLY ENTITLED WATER ~GHT HOLDE~ to the North
Canal as located in Sections 30, 19, lg, 7, & 6, Township 32 North, Range 1 lg West and Sections 33, 32, 30 &
29, Township 33 North, Range 11 g West of the 6tn P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, its assigns or successors,
hereinafter called the grantee, the right to lay out, construct, inspect, operate and maintain imgation ~acilities,
and the right to dispense imgation waters for the benefit of the grantee, being over, across and upon the
following described lands located in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to-wit:
The easement hereby granted being more particularly described as follows:
A portion of the NW~¼NE1¼ (Lot 2) of Section 1, T. 32 N., R. 119 W. of the 6tn P.M., Wyoming, lying
between the presently existing southerly right-of-way boundary of Wyoming State Highway No. 237 and a
parallel right-of-way line 40.07 feet to the right or southerly side when measured at right angles to the following
described survey line of highway. Said parallel hght-of-way line begins on the west boundary of a tract of land
described in Book 372 PR at Page 663 of the Lincoln County Records and ends on the east boundary thereof:
Commencing at the northwest comer of the SE'¼ of Section 32, T. 33 N., R. 118 W. of the 6th P.M.,
Wyoming, from which the southwest comer thereof bears S. 00°30'31.1'' W. a distance of 2,640.11 feet, said
southwest corner being monumented with a steel Spike;
thence S. 22°35'29.3" E. a distance of 2,867.30 feet to a point on said survey line of highway and THE
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence with a parallel right-of-way line 40.07 feet to the right or southerly side and the presently existing
southerly right-of-way boundary of Wyoming State Highway No. 237 being the left or northerly boundary of
this parcel,
S. 89°35'38.5'' E. a distance of 250.86 feet until said parallel right-of-way line intersects the east boundary of
said tract of land described' in Book 372 PR at Page 663, and the point of ending. '-~
The above described parcel of land contains 2,509 square feet, more or less.
The basis for bearing is the west boundary of the SE~¼ of said Section 32, it being S. 00°30'31.1" W.
The grantor(s) will not construct, place, or cause any obstruction which would inhibit the flow of the
irrigation waters and impede maintenance of the irrigation facility within the above described area.
Grantor(s) also grant(s) the right of ingress and egress to and from the said land for any and all purposes
necessary and incident to the exercise by the grantee, of the rights granted by this conveyance, upon the grantee
obtaining prior permission from the Grantor to enter upon the Grantor's property.
Grantor(s) hereto do hereby waive(s) and release(s) all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming insofar as affected by this conveyance.

Grantee shall hold harmless and indemnify Grantor from any and all damage to the Grover water line and
any related facilities of the Grover Water and Sewer District resulting from the relocatiOn, construction and
operation of the irrigation ditch and facilities.
The grant herein contained is an easement and shall be perpetual so long as the said land is used for the
aforementioned purposes.
