KELLERSBERGER of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming in consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid by Craig M. Kellersberger, Trustee whose address is 2932 West South Pointe Road, South Jordan, UT 84095 The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and' forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said CRAIG M. KELLERSBERGER, TRUSTEE OF THE JACOB S. KELLERSBERGER AND NORA M. KELLERSBERGER JOINT LIVING TRUST dated March 1, 1991, heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possessiOn, claim and demand as I have, ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, to-wit: Beginning at a point which is 211 feet South from the Northwest corner of Lot 2 of Block 10 of the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence East 196 feet; thence North 111 feet; thence East 2 feet; thence South 115 feet; thence West 198 feet; thence North 4 feet to the place of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM tile land contained in recorded May 1, 1059 in Book 33PR on page 289 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of tile homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said Craig M. Kellersberger, Trustee heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
