WARRANTY DEED
CRAIG M. KELLERSBERGER, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE
OF THE JACOB S. KELLERSBERGER AND NORA M. KELLERSBERGER
JOINT LIVING TRUST dated March 1, 1991,
grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
WILLIAM CODY WILKES AND ANDREA LOU WILKES,
HUsband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 1686, Afton, WY 83110
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
A portion of Lot 2 of Block 10 of the Town of Afion, Lincoln County, Wyoming
being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point with is 100 feet south from the Northwest corner of said
Block 10 and running thence East 11 rods 141/2 feet;
thence South 6 rods 12 feet;
thence West 11 rods 14~A feet;
thence North 6 rods 12 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
ALSO
Beginning at a point which is 211 feet South from the Northwest corner of Lot 2 of
Block 10 of the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence East 196
feet;

West 198 feet;
North 4 feet to the place of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the land contained in recorded May 1, 1059 in Book 33PR
on page 289 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
