the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
.The Essenmacher property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 483PR on page 555 and
a portion of the Heiner property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 372PR on page
781, both with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyomhlg, within the StASIANE:A and
the N~ASE~A of Section 6, T33N R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an Iron Pipe with a plastic cap marking the Intersection of the Center Line of
Aspen Hollow Private Road as referred to in the COMMON EASEMENT AGREEMENT
recorded in Book 150PR on page 694, with said Office and the North line of said S~AS~ANE~A,
said POINT OF BEGINNING being 703.00 feet N 89°04'03'' W from the BLM type monument
marking the Baker-Engineers PE/LS 698, 1999 location for the Northeast corner of the
SIASWIA NE ~4;
thence S 89°04'03" E, along said North line, 703.00 feet to said BLM type monument;
thence S 89"04'03" E, continuing along said North line, 1313.16 feet to an Aluminum
Cap on Iren Pipe marking the Northeast corner of said S~ASE~ANE'A;
thence S 0 °51'53" W, along the East line of said SsASE~A NE ~A, 656.13 feet to the BLM
type monument marking Baker Engineers PE/LS 698, !997 location for the
Northeast corner of said NVzSECl; -
thence S 0°55'39'' W, along the East line of said N~hSE~, 1312.44 feet to the BLM
type monument marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 1997 location for the
Southeast corner of said N~ASE~A;
thence N 89°08'56'' W, along the South line of said N~ASE~A, 1139.41 feet to an Iron
Pipe' marking the Intersection with said Center Line of Aspen Hollow Private
Road;,
thence Northwesterly along said center line the following courses to Iron Pipes:
N 24°19'40'' W, 70.66 feet; N 08'54'24" W, 431.78 feet;
N 33'18'43" W, 305.61 feet; N 22°50'12'' W, 157.56 feet;
N 6038'40" W, 244.77 feet; N 23*38'50" W, 324.52 feet;
N 35033'58" W, 564.51 feet; and, N 19°54'03" W, 98.96 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING.
LESS AND EXCEPT any land contained in Warranty Deed recorded February 15, 2002 in Book
483PR on page 555 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements
and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use. .
