KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a
corporation, of the County of Teton, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage
bearing date fl~e 1st day of August, 2002, made and executed by Shawn Ray Stephens and Cindy Anne
Stephens, husband and wife, as mortgagor, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust, as Mortgagee, conveying
certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $3,000.00 as therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on the 7u' day of August, 2002, in Book 496 of Mortgages, at page 96, and
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to~wit:

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Jackson State Bank & Trust has caused these Presents to be
signed by its Vice 'President and its Corporate seal to be affixed, this 4th day of November, 2003.

who, being by me duly sworn, did say that she is the Vice President of the Jackson State Bank & Trust and
that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and that said instrmnent was
signed and sealed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of Directors and said Cathy
Toolson acknowledged said instrument to be the fi'ee act and deed of said corporation.
