EUBANKS AND JODY FAYE DEAN EUBANKS, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, grantees, whose address is 1660 Nations Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: Lot 1 of Block 1 of the Lincoln Heights 5th Addition, Second Filing, to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wymning as described on the official plat thereof.
