Using my authority as the Treasurer of Commissary Ranch Property Owners association, I
would like to notify you the following lien/s have been satisfied. I am therefore requesting the
removal of referenced Lien/s as stated above.
Please find .enclosed, a check for $8.00 to process the removal of the lien/s. Please send a receipt
