Bm~king Corporation, does hereby ce~ify that a ce~ain mortgage beating the date of October 28,
2002, made and executed by Lambert T. Be~kes and Billie M. Bewkcs, husband and wife, a
modgage conve~ng a lien on ce~ain real estate therein described as security for the pa~nent of
$1S0,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register
of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 5"' day of November 2002, in Book 503PR
of Mortgages, at Page 651 as document number 885326 and pe~aining tothe folloWing described
real estate in said County, to-wit:
"All property described in said mortgage."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this __ day of
