Radford, husband and wife, of PO Box 5023, Etna, WY 83118, grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and "valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant and convey unto Jack Elmo Corsi aka Jack Corsi of 111314 North U.S. Highway 89, Etna, WY 83118, Rex H. Bateman and Doreen Bateman. Trustees of the Rex H. Bateman and Doreen Bateman Family Trust dated February 12, 1983, of PO Box 5096, Etna, WY 83118, and Keith D. Thompson and Jacqueline V. ThompSon, husband and wife, of 5071, Etna, WY 83118, grantees, a perpetual underground water pipeline easement over, across and along a twenty foot (20') wide strip of land for the purpose of maintaining an existing underground water pipeline known as the Thompson-Bateman Pipeline, to provide water to lands owned by the grantees in Lincoln County, Wyoming, as more particularly described below, and their successors and assigns, to enter upon the lands of the grantors, situate in the County of LinColn, State of Wyomin~h said strip of land being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: A strip of land twenty (20) feet in width being part of Lot 1 (NEI/4NEI/4) and Lot 2 (NWI/4NEI/4) of Section 1, T35N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with the center-line more particularly described on the attached "Description from Rex K. Radford and Linda P. Radford, husband wife, for Jack EImo Corsi, Rex H. Bateman and Doreen Bateman Trust, dated 12 February 1983, and Keith D. Thompson and Jacqueline V. Thompson, husband and wife, Thompson-Bateman Pipeline. Grantees and their successors and assigns are hereby granted the right to maintain an existing underground water pipeline over, across and along the above described 20-foOt wide easement to such extent as is deemed necessary to carry water to grantees' lands as described below. Grantees are also granted the right to construct or install new or replacement pipelines as they deem necessary to carry the water to their lands. Grantees 1 agree that after any construction or maintenance they will restore the land to its previous condition as soon as possible and to the extent possible. Real Property Benefited by Easement: Jack Elmo Corsi Real Property Lot 3 (NEI/4NWI/4) and Lot 4 (NWI/4NWI/4) of Section 1 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. , T35N, R119W, Rex H and Doreen Bateman Family Trust Real Property NW1/4SE1/4 and SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 1, T35N, R119W, 6th P.M. County, Wyoming. , Lincoln Keith D. and Jacqueline V. Thompson Real Property Lot 2 (NW1/4NE1/4) of Section I T35N, R119W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, excepting therefrom the following described tract of land: Beginning at the NE corner of the NW1/4NE1/4 of Section 1, T35N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence West 20 rods; thence South 16 rods; thence East 20 rods; thence North 16 rods to the point of beginning; containing two (2) acres, more or less. AND ALSO, The SWI/4NEI/4 of Section 1, T35N, R119W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. The grantors hereby waive and release all rights to said property under and by.virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state to the extent that such rights may interfere with the intent of this easement for the purposes stated herein. THOMPSON-BATEMAN PIPELINE To-wit:-- A strip of land twenty (20) feet in width being part of Lot I (NE¼NE¼) and Lot 2 (NW¼NE¼) of Section 1, T35N, RI19W, Lincoln County, Wyoming with the center-line described as follows: BEGINNING at an intersection of the north line of said Section 1, with the Thompson-Bateman Pipeline, N89°-59'-44"W, the base bearing for this survey, 1312.10 feet from the northeast comer of said Section I found as described in the Comer Record filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County; thence S 12°-53'-05"W, 35.17 feet; thence S05°-03'-05"E, 686.86 feet; thence S04°-25'-42"W, 97.52 feet; thence SI4°-44'-5T'W, 200 feet, more or less, to an intersection with the west line of said Lot 1 (NE¼NE¼); a total distance of 101.9.55 feet, more or less; that the intent of this description is to follow the actual center line of the Thompson-Bateman Pipeline as it now exists; all in accordance with the sketch attached herewith and made a part thereof titled, "SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY DESCRIPTION OF THOMPSON-BATEMAN PIPELINE WITHIN THE SE¼SE¼ SECTION 36 T36N R119W NE¼ SECTION I T35N RI 19W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING'.
