This Affidavit of Trust is intended to correct the Warranty Deed that purported to convey real property into said Trust, said real property being that which is identified in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming in Book 465 PR at Pages 367 and 368 as Instrument No. 873575 on May 31, 2001.
