Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a ceflain moflgage befifih~,II~6:Offte~b'f,~a~h 28,
2002, made and executed by Risc Chaparro and Ferren Haderlie, as tenants in common, as
mo~gagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mo~gage conve~ng a lien 0n ce~ain real
estate therein described as security for the pa~ent of $145,000.00, which mo~gage was recorded in
the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 10 th day of April, 2002, in book 487 PR of Mortgages, at Page 156 as
document ~880210 and pe~aining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED 1N SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premis, es thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
1N WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
