KNOWN ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS, That
ANDREW C. BURG AND DIANE BURG, Husband and Wife, AND
BRIAN A. BURG, a Single Person,
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid by
Burg Enterprise, LLC
whose address is 414 Aspen Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101
The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and
forever qUitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said
BURG ENTERPRISE, LLC,
a Wyoming Limited Liability Company,
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we
have, ought to have in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
A parcel of land situate within portions of Tracts 62 and 63 of the resurvey of Section 12, T21N R116W
of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and described by metes and bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at the northwest corner of the Willow Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Wyoming;
thence N 4°31'15'' E, 250.0 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence S 85°28'45" E, 200.0 feet;
thence N 4°31'15'. E, 361.8 feet;
thence N 89°56'21'' W, 200.6 feet;
thence S 4°31'15'' W, 346.2 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
ALSO, a parcel of land situated within Tract 63 of the Resurvey of Section 12, T21N Rll6W of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, mid being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of the Willow Addition to the Town of Kenunerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming and muning thence N 4°31'15.' E, 250 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence N 85"28'45" W, 70 feet more or less to the point of intersection With the easterly right of
way of U.S. Highway 189;
thence along said right of way along a curve to the left having a radius of 2009.85 feet for a
distance of 180 feet more or less to a point of intersection with tangent right of way;
thence northerly 170 feet more or less to a point being the Northwest corner of the Cassidy
property as described in the Lincoln County Clerks Office in Book 276PR on page 194;
thence S 4°31'15" W, 346.2 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Burg Enterprise, LLC
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither we nor any other
person in our names or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises
or any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever
barred.
