in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable cons~deratmn, m hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remises, releases and forever quits claim unto
JAKE LONG and BOBBLE LONG, Husband and Wife, GRANTEES of County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laWs of the State, to-Wit:
The Long property as refen'ed to in the Deed recorded in Book 517PR, on Page 064 and a
portion of the Perkins property as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 513PR, on
Page 562, all with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the
SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 3, T35N, RI 19W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming,
the metes and bounds being more particularly described as tbllows:
BEGINNING at the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698,
1994 location for the Northeast Corner of said SE1/4SW 1/4; thence S 1°28'06"W, along
the East line of said SE1/4SWI/4, 522.82 feet to an Aluminum Cap on an Iron iPipe;
thence N89°33'26"W, parallel with the North line of said SEI/4SWI/4, 250.00 feet to an
Aluminum Cap on an Iron Pipe; thence N 1°28'06"E, parallel with said East line, 522.82
feet to an h'on Pipe marking a
point in the North line of said SE1/4SW1/4; thence S89°3Y26"E, along said North line,
250.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 3.000 Acres of land.
SUBJECT TO: A 30 feet wide Right-of-Way Easement, along the North line of the above
described Subdivision, for Creamery CountY Road 12-1 II, as refen'ed to in the Right-of-Way
recorded in Book 167PR, on Page 681.
SUBJECT TO: A 30 feet wide Right-of-Way Easement, along the West line of the above described
Subdivision.
TOGETHER WITH: a 20 'feet wide Right of Way Easement along the East Line of the
SE 1/4SW 1/4 being East 20 feet along the 896.46 feet of said SE 1/4SW I/4, for the construction
and maintenance of an hTigation Pipeline.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Reservations, Restrictions,
Rights-of-Way and hnprovements of sight and or record.
