within the SE1/4NE1/4 of Section 27, T36N, R119W, of the 6th. P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a Cotton Gin Spike marking a Point the South line of said SE1/4NE1/4, said
Point of Beginning, being 679.69 feet S89°09'39"E from the B.L.M. type Monmnent
marking Scott A~ Scherbel PLS 3889, 1990 location for the Southwest comer of said
SE1/4NEI/4; thence N89°09'39"W along said South line 173.75 feet to an Iron Pipe
marking the Southeast comer Kiehne property as referred to in the Deed recorded in
Book 469PR, on Page 549, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming;
thence N0°00'26"E, along the East line of said Kielme property 709.15 feet to a point
marking the Northwest corner of said Wyoming Wildcrafters property; thence along the
North Line of said Wyoming Wildcraflers property the following courses to Iron Pipes:

U.S. Highway 89 as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 85PR, Page 418 with the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, WYoming; thence S24°50'28"E along said
Westerly line 70.06 feet to a Highway type Monument marking Station 2010+17.32, 50
Feet West, thence Southeasterly, along said Westerly line, along a Curve to the Right
having a Radius of 3,387.75 feet, a central angle of 2°29'49'' and an arc length of 147.63
feet, said curve having a chord bearing of S23°35'23"E 147.62 feet, to an Aluminum Cap
on Iron Pipe; thence S0°02'15"E, 305.94 Feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe; thence
N89°09'39"W, 365.90 Feet to an Alunfinum Cap on Iron Pipe; thenceS0°02' 15"E,
238.13 Feet to the Point.of Beginning containing 6.820 Acres.

the Westerly Right-of-Way line for U.S. Highway 89, said point also being a point in a
