W, along said Northerly Right of Way line 303.63 feet; thence N 10°00'00'' E, 324.62 feet; thence N 23°14'13'' E, 172.63 feet to a point in the North line of said NE¼SE¼; thence S 88054'00'. E, along said North line, 478.89 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
