Fielding C. Burton and Laura H. Burton, husband and wife, of P.O.
Box 482, Alton, WY 83110, grantors, for and in consideration of TEN AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to RaDawn B. Ruud and
Troy Ruud, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, grantees, of P.O.
Box ~, Alton, WY 83110, the following described real estate, situate in
Lincoln County, and State Of Wyoming, hereby releasino and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Beginning at a point Twenty-two (22) rods East of the Southwest
corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
(SE1/4NW1/4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Thirty-two (32),
Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and
running thence North 20 rods, more or less to a point Twenty-two
(22) rods East of the Southeast Corner of the North Half of the
South Half of. the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
(N1/2S1/2SW1/4NW1/4) of Section Nineteen (19) as aforesaid, and
running thence East Eight (8) rods; thence South Twenty (20)
rods, more or less,' to the centerline of the said Section;
thence West Eight (8) rods, more or less, to the Point oX
Beginning, containing 160 square Gods of land, more or less.
SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations
