State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLORS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WAR~NTS to the IRREVOCABLE CHADWICK FAMILY TRUST,
dated October 28; 2003, G~YD W. CHADWICK Trustee, grantee of County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by vi~ue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Beginning at a point which is the SW Corner of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 30,
T. 32 Noffh, Range 118 West of the 6~ P.M., Wyoming, thence N 19o 54' E, 115
feet, thence N 900 E, 132 feet, thence S 0o E, 158 feet, thence S 90o W, 171
feet, thence N 0o E, 50 feet to the point of beginning, being a five sided polygon
containing approximately 0.6 acres.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appuffenances
thereon situate or in an~ise appedaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
rese~ations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-oFway of record or in use.
