R119W, 6th P.M., L~coln County, Wyoming, m~d running thence North 30~30' West, 70.8 feet, the point of beginning; thence North 0°0' West, 304 feet; .thence North 68o02' East, 164 feet; thence South 31°33' East, 224 feet; thence South 2o55' East, 172 feet; thence South 88°5' West, 276 feet to the point of beginning Together with a right-of-way over the existing roadway of approximately 30 feet in width from U.S. Highway 89; and Together with and h~cluding all improvements thereon and all appurtenances, and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights-of- way of sight and/or record. Buyer shall be entitled to enter into possession of the above-described property on the date of closing.
