DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE ABOVE
DESCRIBED PARCEL, THENCE N 90 DEGREES W, 494.50 FEET; THENCE
S 0 DEGREES W, 30 FEET; THENCE N 90 DEGREES Et 494.50 FEET; THENCE
