and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to DALE A. FLUCKIGER
and LANIS FLUCKIGER, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, Grantees of County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the folloWing described rea! estate situate in County of Lincoln and State
of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot One (1) and a portion of Lot FOur (4) of Block Eleven (11) in the Townsite of
Auburn, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 4
Township 32 North, Range 119 West, commencing at the Northeast Corner of
Lot 1, in Block 11 of the Auburn Townsite, and running thence West 20 rods,
thence South 25 rods, thence East 13 1/3 rods, thence South 15 rods, thence East 6
2/3 rods, thence North 40 rods, to the point of beginning.
Excepting out that property more particularly described in the attached Warranty Deed
filed at Book 449 PR Page 584, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Including a portion of Lot Four (4) in Block Eleven (11) of the Auburn Townsite,
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, being more particularly described in the
Warranty Deed recorded at Book 122 PR Page 53, No. 472301 ,attached hereto as
Exhibit B.
Together with all water rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon. Subject, however, to
all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
