Hyde and Rachelle L. Hyde' whose address is 200 Heap Drive, Thayne, WY 83127 The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said SCOTT E. HYDE AND RACHlgLLE L.. HYDE, Husband and Wife heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have, ought to have in or to all the following described premises, to-wit: That part of the NEIASW~A of Section 23, T34N RI 19W of the 6th P.M., partly within the incorporated limits of the Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 27 of Deeds on page 493, described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the North line of said NEI,~SW1,4, N 89o10.2, W, the base bearing for this survey, 466~51 feet from the PNS Northeast comer of said NEI,4SWI,4, found as described in the Certified Land Corner RecordatiOn Certificate filed in said Office; thence thence thence thence thence thence continuing N 89°10.2' W, 233.16 feet, along said North line, to a point; S 00o49.8' W, 142.14 feet, perpendicular to said North line, to a point; N 87o56.8, E, 146.74 feet to a point; N 01°25;3' W, 90.10 feet, along an existing fence, to a point; N 88052.2, E, 90.05 feet, along said fence, to a point; N 01 °02.4' E, 41.65 feet, along said fence, to the POINT OF BEGINNING. ALSO That part of the NE¼SWIA of Section 23, T34N Rll9W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 27 of Deeds on page 493, described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the North line of said NE~ASWIA, identical with the Northwest comer of that tract of record in said Office in Book 320PR on page 258, N 89° 10.2' W, the base bearing for this survey, 699.67 feet from the PNS Northeast corner of said NE ¼ sW IA, found as described in the Certified Land Comer Recordation Certificate filed in said Office; thence continuing N 89010.2' W, 134.84 feet, along said North line to a point; thence S 00049.8, W, 148.93 feet, perpendicular to said North line to a point; thence N 87056.8, E, 135.01 feet to a point,' identical with the Southwest comer of said tract in Book 320; thence N 00049.8, E, 142.14 feet, along the West line of said tract in Book 320 to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said Scott E. Hyde and Rachelle L. Hyde heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I ,nor any other person in ~ny name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
