DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT. A portion of the property referred to in the Deed recorded
in Book 34PR, on Page 119, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
within the NEi/4SEI/4 section 23, T34N, Rll9W, of the 6~ P.M. Thayne, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being 16 feet on both sides of the follo~ving more particularly described Center
line:
BEGINNING at a Point in the North line of said NE!/4SEi/4, said Point being 506.98 feet
west from the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 1995 location
for the Northeast Comer of said NEI/4SEI/4; thence S00°55'-13"-E 162.05 feet; thence
S01°.38' 15" W 106.96 feet.
PURPOSE OF EASEMENT. This Right-of-Way Easement is to be for Ingress and Egress to
benefit Lot 8 of E1 Jean Estates Subdivision as part of the Wright Family Trust as referred to
in the Deed r6corded in Book 343PR, on Page 17 ~vith said Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
3. EASEMENT CONDITIONS. The easement is subject to the follo~4ng conditions:
A. Any improvements made within the easement shall be at the sole expense of the
person making the improvement unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
B. The Grantee shall be responsible for snow removal.
C. Both the Grantee and Grantor shall be solely responsible for maintenance or damages
caused by their respective use.

NoTIcE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there is a certain Easement filed in the official
records of the Lincoln County Clerk's office in and for the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, the Grantor being the Town of Thayne, that gives access to:
LOT 8, of El Jean Estates Subdivision within the Town
of Thayne, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more
specifically described in Book 343, Page 17, of the
official records of the Lincoln County Clerk, for and
in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
That said Easement giving access to the above described real property, has
certain conditions and restrictions contained within the body of the Easement.
This notice is given to advise all interested parties that such restriCtions and
conditions exist and refer to all interested parties to the referenced Easement. All
interested parties are hereby further given notice that such restrictions and conditions
apply and that they take the real property referenced herein, subject to the restrictions
and conditions contained within the Easement.
