LEE AND EDA LOY LEE, Husband and Wife, grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged CONVEY AND WARRANT TO MIKE CLARK AND SHAUNA LEE CLARK, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, grantees, whose address'is Y' ~ oO / /~, / i ~ '~' ~ f( ¢, e~/~/ /~ <J~ the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: A portion of the SE¼NW¼ of Section 19, T31N Rll9W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point of the east line of said SE¼NW¼, said point being the southeast corner of the property described in that deed of record in Book 153PR on page 296 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, located South 700.75 feet from the northeast corner of the said SE ¼ NW ¼ of Section 10, and running thence South, along said east line, 375 feet, more or less to the northeast corner of the present Clark property as described in that deed of record in Book 343PR on page 47 in the Office of the County Clerk; thence West, along present Clark property line, 217.8 feet; thence North, along present Clark property line, 375 feet, more or less, to the southwest corner of said property described in said Book 153PR on page 296; thence East, along property line, 217.8 feet to the point of beginning. SUBJECT, however, to all reServations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
