Bailey and Constance R. Bailey whose address is P.O. Box 101, Diamondville, Wyoming 83116 The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executOrs and ad~ninistrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said JOHN P. BAILEY AND CONSTANCE R. BAILEY, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have, ought to have in or to all the following described premises, to-wit: Part of Parcel 100 and the Southerly 90 feet of Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Block 7 of the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Lot 10 and running thence N 11 °04' W, 90.0 feet along the Westerly line of said Lot 10; thence N 78o56, E, 131.29 feet to a point on the easterly, line of said Lot 6; thence S 01o02' W, 92.04 feet along the Easterly line of said Lot 6 to Corner//4 of said Parcel 100; thence S 78o56, W, 112.00 feet along the Southerly line of said Block 7 to the POINT OF BEGINNING. ALSO A parcel of land in East Third Street in the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the intersection of East Third Street and East Second Street; thence N 78050, E, 57.28 feet along the Southerly line of East Third Street; thence N 11 © 10' W, 60.0 feet to a point on the Northerly line of East Third Street; thence S 78050, W, 57.28 feet along the Northerly line of East Third Street; thence S 11°10' E, 60.0 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Hereby releasing and waiving all riglits under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said John P. Bailey and Constance R. Bailey heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever.
