'thence East 8.0 feet; thence S 0°10' W, 377.5 feet; thence Southeasterly along the arc
of a 751.24 foot radius curve to the left 818.82 feet; thence S 62o17, E, 155.0 feet;
thence S 0o45'32" W, 1566.11 feet; thence N 88o43'24'' W, 560.26 feet along the
section line to the point of beginning.
Said parcel of land being contiguous with and to become a part of the following described tract
of land, last said tract of land having been conveyed to grantee by a Warranty Deed dated June
19, 1971 and recorded by Lincoln County Clerk on July 9, 1971 in Book 94PR on page 509:
Beginning at the S¼ corner of Section 4, T33N Rll8W of the 6th p.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming and running, thence S 90°0, W, 2640 feet; thence N 0°0' E, 1751.9 feet; thence
N 90o0' E, 2128 feet; thence N 0°0' E, 336.7 feet; thence N 90°0 E, 512 feet; thence S 0°0'
E, 2077 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THERFROM the land described in Warranty Deed recorded October 31, 2000 in
Book 455PR on page 63 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements
and rights-of-way of record, iii sight, or in use.
