Lancaster, husband and wife, and Delmar C. Lancaster, Sybil W. Lancaster and Dennis
W. Lancaster, Co-Trustees of the Delmar C. Lancaster Revocable Trust dated August 14,
1999, and of the Sybil W. Lancaster Revocable Trust dated August 14, 1999, of Afton,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, do hereby cedify that a cedain.modgage beaFin~ the date of
May 24, 1990, made and executed by A. Clyde LancaSter and Gladys Lancaster,
husband and wife, and Travis Lancaster and Trina Lancaster, husband and wife, as
modgagees, conveying cedain real estate theFeSn mentioned as security fOF the payment 0f
$87,244.20 as therein stated., Which modgage was recorded in the office of the County
Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 7th
day of June, 1990, in Book 286 o[?=.~=,_.~a_~9_~34, Recording No. 718405, and motivating
the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
A portion of that tract of land as described in said mortgage, more particularly
described as follows:
That part of the S1/2SW1/4 of Section 29, T32N, R119W, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Lincoln county
clerk' in Book 286 PR, page 232, as more particularly described on the
attached "Description for Travis Clyde Lancaster and Machelle H. Lancaster
Travis Lancaster Tract".
TOGETHER WITH a 30-foot perpetual right-of-way easement for ingress and
egress and all utilities for the benefit of grantees and their heirs, successors
and assigns as more particularly described on the attached Description.
TOGETHER WITH that certain Easement recorded in the office of the Lincoln
County Clerk in Book 494 PR, page 2.
SUBJECT TO all easements, exCeptions, restrictions, reservations and rights
of way of sight or record.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, partially paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged, as to the above described portion of the mortgaged tract of land
only; and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim
unto Travis Lancaster and Machelle Lancaster, husband and w fe, the portion of the

mortgaged premises described above. This is a partial release of mortgage only. The
mortgage and note secured thereby remain in full force and effect for all of the mortgaged
tract of land except the portion thereof as described above.

BEGINNING at a point on the south line of said S.Y2SW¼, N89°-49'-44"W, 1091.7l feet
from the southeast comer of said SY2SW¼;
thence N89°-49'-44"W, 258.16 feet, along said south line, to a point;
thence N00°-02'-I 9"E, 211.66 feet, to a point;
thence N74°-02'43"W, 245.13 feet, to a point;
thence N18°-37'-58"E, 109.98 feet, to a point;
thence S68°-31'-38"E, 405.95 feet, to a point; '
