Clyde Lancaster and Giadys Lancaster, husband and wife, of Smoot, Lincoln County, Wyoming (mailing address: 323 State Highway 241, Afton, WY 83110), and Travis Lancaster and Machelle Lancaster, husband and wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming (mailing address: PO Box 153, Afton, WY 83110), grantees, the following described perpetual right-of-way easement for the following purposes: 1. Purpose of Easement. This easement is for the purpose of providing a perpetual 30-foot wide right-of-way easement for ingress and egress and all utilities from the Crow Creek County Road No. 141 to the property described in paragraph 2, including the right to construct and maintain a roadWay to provide that ingress and egress and for all utilities. 2. Property Benefited by Easement. This easement is for the benefit of the following described ~real property of the grantees in Lincoln County, WyOming: T32N, R119W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, State of WyOming, Section 29, SWl/4; and S1/2NWl/4; and NW1/4NW1/4; and South 42 rods of the NE1/4NW1/4; Section 30, E1/2E1/2; and a tract 20 square rods in the Southeast corner of SW1/4NE1/4; and East 20 rods of NWI/4SE1/4; and East 20 rods of SW1/4SE1/4; and South 10 rods of West 60 rods of SW1/4SE1/4. -3. Description of Easement. The easement is described as follows: That portion of the following described real property owned by grantors: The South 30 feet of the SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 28, T32N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. 797 4. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs successors in interest and assigns of the parties named in this instrument. 5. Waiver of Homestead Rights.
