LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR PROPOSED SALE
AND BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT
A parcel of land within and being part of GLO Lot 2 (NWI/4NE1/4) of Section 4, Township 31
North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNYNG at a point on the easterly boundary of Lot 14 of the West Hills Subdivision of
record, as Plat No. 343 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, said point also being located
S28'04'39"W a distance of 250.61 feet from the East 1./16 Comer along the north line of said
Section 4; and running
THENCE, following the said bounda~ of Lot 14, southerly, along a circular curve to the right
with a radius of 622,75 feet and a beginning tangent of S4'26'00"W, through a delta angle of
