Location of the Easement. The location of the easement is the road, eXisting on this date, the centerline of which is more particularly described in Exhibit A. The property served by the easement is more particularly described in Exhibit B. 2. Purpose of the Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of providing a perpetual 40 foot right-of-way easement for ingress, egress and anderground utilities. 3. Conditions of the Easement. The easement is for egress, ingress and underground utilities through the Grantor's property. The road surface will be gravel and no more than 18 feet in width. Further conditions of the easement are identified in an Agreement dated October 31, 2003 between the Grantors and Grantees. 4. Waiver of Homestead Rights. The Grantors hereby Waive,and release all rights to the described easement under and by vMue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming to the extent that such rights may interfere with the purposes of the easement. iN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 25th day of October, 2003.
