and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO

a Wyonfing Lilnited Liability Company,
grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 454, Thayne, I,/Y 83127
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Lot 4 of Sage Hen Ranches 2nd Filing, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described
on the official plat filed November 5, 2003 as Instrument No. 895032 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
RESERVING UNTO GRANTOR the right to operate, repair and maintain the well
located on said property and to include all rights disclosed on Common Well Agreement
recorded November 7, 2003 in Book 541PR on page 216 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
