to EQUALITY STATE BANK bearing date 12/29/1993, recorded 01/04/1994 in Official Records Book 343,
Page 475, Document No. 776824 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County, Wyoming,
securing a certain note in the principal sum of $133,900.00 Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set
forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby acknowledges full
payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as canceled, and hereby
directs the Clerk in the office of County'Clerk to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said corporation has caused these
presents to be executed in its name, by its proper officers
thereunto duly authorized, the 21 day of November, 2003.
