and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknOwledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
MIKE CLARK AND SHAUNA LEE CLARK,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
grantees, whose address is 5671 Bitter Creek Road, Alton, WY 83110
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
A portion of the SE~ANW~ of Section i0, T31N Rll9W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, with boundaries more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point of the east line of said SE¼NW~A, said point being the southeast corner of
the property described in that deed of record in Book 153PR on page 296 in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk, located South 700.75 feet from the northeast corner of the said SE IA NW ¼
of Section 10, and running thence South, along said east line, 375 feet, more or less to the
northeast corner of the present Clark property as described in that deed of record in Book 343PR
on page 47 in the Office of the County Clerk;
thence West, along present Clark property line, 217.8 feet;
thence North, along present Clark property line, 375 feet, more or less, to the southwest
corner of said property described in said Book 153PR on page 296;
thence East, along property line, 217.8 feet to the point of beginning.
~ SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements
and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description of that certain Warranty Deed recorded
NOvember 26, 2003 in Book 542PR on page 590 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
