The legal description beg~ as follows: "The E1/4SE1/4 of Section 10, T34N, R119W, 6~ PM., Wyoming, containing 80 acres, more or less." THE acreage figure of 80 acres is correct as is evidenced by the recorded plat of Southbrook Ranches Subdivision, which plat was recorded on September 5, 1990, in the Office of the County Clerk as Plat 335, sheets I & 2. The first call, however, should have read "The E1/2SE1/4..." which correctly describes the 80 acres included within the Subdivision. The correct legal description for the Covenants & Restrictions should therefore read in part, beginning as follows: "The E1/2SE1/4 of Section 10, T34N, R 119W, 6* PM, Wyoming, containing 80 acres, more or less." THE remainder of the legal description contained within the original document is correct. THE Southbrook Ranches Homeowners' Association, filer of this corrective instrument, was . ey?bli~hed pjxrs~.u..ant to section 22 of said Covenants & Restrictions and represents all lot owners within the Subdivision.
