The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and aclmoWledged, have remised, released, convey and
forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
renfise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said

heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, Property, possession, claim and demand as I have,
ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
Lot 12 of the Bedford Townsite 3rd Filing to the Town of Bedford, Lincoln County, Wyoming
as described on the official plat filed February 13, 2003 as Instrument No. 887774 of the records
of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Lots 13, 14, 15 and 16 of the Townsite of Bedford Fourth Filing to the Town of Bedford,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed September 4, 2003 as Instrmneut
No. 893109 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
NOTE: This serves to correct that certain Quitclaim Deed recorded November 18, 2003 in Book
541PR on page 924 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk to correct the legal description.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of tlie
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Kurt B. Webb
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and eve,[qvone of, them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
