follows:

1. That the Lender was the purchaser at the foreclosure sale on September 10,
2003 of the following described property, to wit:
LOTS 52 AND 53 OF THE REES SUBDIVISION, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS
DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF'.
PURPORTED COMMON ADDRESS: 285 SPRUCE STREET, ALPINE, WYOMING
2. That said sale was a result of the foreclosure of the Mortgage which was
recorded on July 1, 1999, in Book 432, Page 447, Reception No. 859686 in the office of
the County Clerk of LINCOLN County, Wyoming.
3. That the sheriff issued a Certificate of Purchase as a result of said
foreclosure sale, which Certificate of Purchase was recorded on September 10, 2003, in
the office of the LINCOLN County Clerk, Wyoming.
4. That Lender, as purchaser at the foreclosure sale, does hereby certify that
the owners, Timothy Schoenhals and Eleanor Schoenlhals, have redeemed the above-
described property pursuant to the provisions of the Wyoming Statutes, by payment of
the appropriate amounts.
