KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a
Nevada Corporation registered and doing business in the State of Wyoming, Grantor, of P.O.
Box 299, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
remises, releases, and forever quitclaims unto SHIRLEY HEBDON, TRUSTEE of the Shirley
Hebdon Revocable Trust, dated June 26, 1997, Grantee, of 2163 Muddy String County Road Ct
117, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, and her successors and assigns forever, all such right, title,
interest property, possession, claim and demand, as said Corporation may have or ought to have,
in or to all the following described property situated in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, to wit:
