Banking Corporation, does hereby ce~i~ that a ceAain moAgage bearing the date of July 15,
2003, made ~d executed by Mountain Meadow Log Homes~ LLC, as mo~gagors, to The Bank
of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a modgage conve~ng a lien on ce~ain real estate therein described as
security for the pa~ent of $60,000.00 which modgage was recorded in the office of the Coun~
Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 21st day of
July 2003, in Book ¢527 PR of Mortgages, at Page 590 as Document Number 891789 and
peAaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
diScharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged. '
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Re¢ Estate

to me personally known, who, being by me duly sworn, did say that he is the President of The Bank
of Star Valley that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and
that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of
Directors, and said President acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said
corporation.
