releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
A part of Parcel 192 in the Town of Dimnondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming

Begilming at Corner Number 2 of said Parcel 192 said point also being the southeast
corner of Lot 23 of Block 12 of the Original plat of the Town of Diamondville;
thence S 78o56, W, along the southerly boundary of said Parcel 192 (also the
southerly boundary of the original Lot 23) a distance of 86.00 feet to the
easterly right of way of US Highway 30N;
thence N 3o00, W, along the easterly right of way a distance of 51.55 feet;
thence N 78056, E, a distance of 73.47 feet to the easterly boundary of said
Parcel 192;
thence S 11 °04' E, a distance of 50.00 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and. rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
