This is to certify that I, Lee S. Gardner, Sheriff ~ [ne L, otj.gt,y~!~;~.liO, c~l.r~;??.S,!,~te of
Wyoming, as such Sheriff, by virtue of SeCtion 34-4-101 et seq., W.S., 1977, as amended,
and in pursuance of the power of sale conferred by the mortgage to the LaMont R. Merritt,
mortgagee, dated August 8, 1997, and recorded in the Office.of the Lincoln County Clerk
on September 11, 1998, in Book 417 PR, page 210, and at the request of LaMont R.
Merritt as the mortgagee, owner and holder of such mortgage, and in cOmpliance with the
published notice of sale, sold at public auction at Kemmerer, Wyoming on December 12,'
2003, at 10:00 a.m. to LaMont R. Merritt of PO Box 125, Aflon, WY 83110 for the
aggregate sum(s) or the total bid(s) of $179,924.46, the following described premises in
Lincoln County, Wyoming:

Parcel 1:
Commencing at a point which is the SE corner of the NWI/4SEI/4 of Section 28,
T32N, R119W, 6th P.M., and running thence Northwesterly 20 rods, more or less, to
a point which is 7 rods North from the South boundary line. of the said NWI/4SEI/4,
thence West 60 rods to the West boundary line of said NWI/4SE1/4; thence South
7 rods, thence East 80 rods to the point of beginning. RESERVING a 2 rod right of
way along the North fence line as an access road. Lincoln County, wyoming.
Parcel 21
A tract of land lying in the SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 28, T32N, R119W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
NE corner of said SW1/4SE1/4, Section 28, and proceeding thence South 5 rods;
thence West 32 rods; thence North 5 rods; thence East 32 rods to the point of
beginning.
I further certify that such purchaser was the highest bidder for the premises, that the
price for which the premises were sold as aforesaid was the highest price bid therefor, and
that the whole sum so bid was paid to me in cash by the purchaser; that a due and proper
notice of such sale was published according to law; that such sale was in all respects
honestly and fairly conducted according to my best knowledge and belief; and that the
aggregate amount for Which the premises were sold Was the amount(s) set forth above to
satisfy the amount due on the mortgage at the date of sale, with interest and costs and
disbursements allowed.by law. The purchaser, or its assignee, will be entitled to a deed for
the premises so sold at the expiration of three (3) months from the date of such sale unless
the premises are previously redeemed or the time for redemption is extended as provided
by law.
