TRUSTEE of the Shirley Hebdon Revocable Trust, dated June 26, 1997, Grantor, of 2163
Muddy String Road #117, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, for and .in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby remises, releases, and forever quitclaims unto the PORTO
IRRIGATION DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of Wyoming, Grantee, of'
Thayne, Wyoming, and its successors and. assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property,
possession, claim and demand, as said Trust may have or ought to have, in or to. all the following
described property situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:

DATED 26 JUNE 1997 / PORTO POND TRACT" dated 16 October 2002, revised 5
November 2002, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and
rights-of-way of record.

part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book ~ of
PhotOstatic Records on page.~J, O2, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point, S57°-05'-13"E, 823.68 feet from the northwest comer of said
GLO Lot 2;
thence N42°-59'-46''E, 230.63 feet, along the easterly line of said tract, to a position on the
thread of Cedar Creek;
thence coursing said tln:ead as follows:
N76°-10'-21"E, 25.24 feet, to a position;
N52°-34'-41"E, 71.26 feet, to a position and leave said thread;
thence S41°-55'-05"E, 40.12 feet, to a point;
thence S52°-34'-41"W, 41.16 feet, to a point;
thence S23°-30'-54"W, 104.23 feet, to a point;
thence S36°-34'-11"W, 180.74 feet, to a point;
thence N47°-00'-14"W, 113.78 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSiNG an area of 0.63 acres, more or less;

BEGINNING at a point, S57°-05'-13"E, 823.68 feet, from the northwest comer of
said GLO Lot 2, said point identical with the most southwest point of the above
described tract;
thence S42°-59'-46"W, 1011.07 feet, along an existing fence line, t° a point on the
east line of Star Valley Ranch Plat 18 of record in said Office as Plat No. 236; AND
TOGETHER with a pedestrian and equestrian easement over and across a ten (10) foot
strip of land within said GLO LOt 2 with the northwesterly line described as folloxvs:
BEGINNING at a point on the north line of said GLO Lot 2, N89°-55'-14"W, 96.83
feet fi'om the northeaSt comer of said GLO Lot 2;
thence S48°-27'-27"W, 164.20 feet to a point;
thence S78°-41'-30"W, 167.37 feet to a point;
thence S40°-15'-14"W, 138.11 feet to a point;
with the opposite side being shortened or lengthened as necessary to create 'a continuous
easement with a minimum width of ten (10) feet to intersect said north_line and the
northeasterly line of the below described area; AND
"Modification in any way of the foregoing description terminates liability of the surveyor"

TOGETHER with a pedestrian and equestrian easement across that part of said GLO Lot 2
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwesterly end of the above described northwesterly line of a
ten (10) foot strip of land;
thence S43°-31 '-41"E, 33.14 feet, to a position On the thread of Cedar Creek;
thence S76°-10'-21"W, 83.84 feet, along said thread, to a position;
thence N26°-21 '-11"E, 40.52 feet, to a point;
thence N79°-10'-47"E, 41.33 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
RESERVING unto the grantors, their heirs, successors and assigns an access and utility
easement identical with the above described Porto Pond Tract;
each "comer" found as described in the Comer Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate
details;
each "position" is a calculated position, no monument found or set;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
